Fiberfrax insulating material between steel firewall & front wood bulkhead
Mounting posts temporarily bolted in place
Measuring angles for pipe notching
Lots and lots of notching!
MIG tack welded. Final TIG welding will be done later
EAA Chapter 187 Tech Counselor said it was ‘over built’ 🙂
How it will attach when finish welded & powder coated
